Orders
When you place an order we will confirm it by phone, SMS or email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or the details provided cannot be verified, and we will tell you promptly if that happens.
Prices
All prices are in Bangladeshi taka (BDT) and shown at checkout before you confirm. We work to keep prices accurate, and if we find a genuine error we will contact you before processing your order.
Payment
We accept cash on delivery, and bKash and Nagad where shown at checkout. Your order is dispatched once it has been confirmed.
